In previous recovery from severe NAZ corrections, market usually allocated "the first-wave $$$" to generals such as IBM, INTC, CSCO etc. Stocks such as BRCM, JNPR, JDSU could be in the second wave or thereafter.

In the case of JDSU, the market needs to get over the aftershock of NUFO before optics stocks can move upward at a steady pace.

Seems to me JDSU has already paid the price....maybe it moves up from here?
