lurq, was it you who a long while back recommended Elder? His insights into the struggle between bulls and bears really apply here. I think the bears/shorts did so well and made so much $ this fall, they will struggle mightily before giving up. And its understandable--it took a long while for their day in the sun to come. It's kind of fascinating to watch the struggle. Assuming we get the 50% cut and tax cut, it seems we should start to recover with ups and downs. But it amazed me how many analyst downgrades there were today. Al they can do is upgrade in an up market and downgrade in a down market. Very original!
