I agree, a good part of the burden is on the record companies. They not only have to give files names, but they have to give alternate file names. Not only "Crosby, Stills and Nash", but also "CSN", and any other configuration.

At the same time, it appears that Napster will not be capable of complying with the order, so they will probably have to shut down.
