Joe, That lawsuit is of course is very old news and did not directly involve AXC to the best of my knowledge. As to the status of the agreement, many here have come to assume that nothing will come of it. Like so many other false hopes and dreams. We've never heard that the agreement was cancelled or anything else. My inquiries to IR were always met with vague answers or "nothing is new" with regard to UPGD and "we won't know anything until they either do or do not exercise their options". LOL Shareholders are the last to know what's going on here.
