I was under the false impression that the Governor of Georgia was a Republican. I hereby withdraw the second half of my prediction. An even wilder thought would be Bob Graham, which would then let Jeb appoint to the Senate his favorite GOP person (and provide a GOP Senate majority.) I wonder who that would be?
