You've got to be kidding! The "resellers" are complementary and support what he does. If he cared at all about this cottage industry, he should encourage more people to redistribute his publicly stated views. A good number of them would sign up for the newsletter to get it straight from the horses mouth.

Pete, Yes, I have heard that resellers are a problem although I don't have any visibility of that myself. Maybe you know about this problem first hand. That said, I'm not sure he should run his business in a way that reduces the service to paying customers. It may be better to consider the reseller issue as a cost of doing business in Brinker's inimitable style. It's possible he has let the pendulum swing too far in the wrong direction. Anyway, I am sympathetic to these issues.
