Alliance Gaming ups Q3 earnings guidance

LAS VEGAS, March (Reuters) - Gaming equipment maker
Alliance Gaming Corp. <ALLY.O> on Tuesday raised its
third-quarter earnings forecast, citing a "significant sale"
for the improved outlook.
Las Vegas-based Alliance said it now expects to post
third-quarter earnings of about $1.80 per share, compared with
its previous estimate of $1.75.
The revision "in part reflects a significant sale of 651
units from Bally Gaming and Systems to the Mohegan Sun casino
in Connecticut, continued improvements at Bally Wulff in
Germany and strong third quarter results at the company's
Rainbow Casino," Alliance said in a statement.

I see that ALLY closed @ 12 11/15 today, and the last trade I saw was 13.25 afterhours. The news was actually out a few minutes before the close, hence the big-gulp-sized white candle on the 5 minute chart.

I see resistance @ 13 3/8 from mid-feb, but if it breaks through then there's nothing to hold it back. I'll look to enter long tomorrow if it goes through (and holds) that by 9:50-10 am, market internals willing.

Thanks Sergio.
PS....heres a chart you can actually read vs the micro-text chart you posted :o)

Sergio:

ALLY: You are kidding right? At first I did not even see the closing price it is gapped up so high above the last close. If this holds in the morning, why would you not short the stock?

Ken

Sergio

DRS looks to be going higher. Nice tight range between the 10day and upper bb. Moneyflow is not overbought. You have been doing very well with this stock.

I had a chart for DRS...but the monster in my computer ate it!! LOL
