Shares issued are now 52 million and counting. Also they are now paying 25% of their employees salaries in stock that is issued at a discount to market prices, to save on cash expenses. IMO the proper way to save on cash expenses is to cut staff expenses to the bone. Looks like shareholders are getting the shaft here so that the pigs can continue to feed at the trough.

In the 4th quarter of 2000 Madison's cash balance decreased by $1 million. At this rate they will be out of cash before the end of this year. Not only is a share in this company dead money, but it is a depreciating asset as they print shares and burn cash like nobody's business.
