Hi Robert - while my attitude toward NT has changed [for the worse,] I think Mr Roth is not stupid. My guess is that he has thrown all the dirty laundry into the last warning. There is no utility not to. Quite on the contrary, NT may actually beat the revised #s. I ve no data to support my speculation, but it is a reasonable speculation. I mean, if I were in NT's shoe, I would do just that. Incidentally, heard that JDSU has guided down its #s. It should not be a big surprise, but one doesn't know what the boys and girls on WS and Bay Street would say Personally, if I were ever to reenter NT, I might opt for JDSU as the vehicle to do so best, Bosco
