Hmmm, the support links you provided point to error 1805 coming from failures to write to CD-RW and CD-Rs. I am writing to a slave hard drive on my machine.

This is becoming quite a journey. For some reason I am enjoying it. Must be my masochistic side.

Cheeky, thread,

I downloaded the patch and installed. Same error #1805.

I called the company. They do not provide technical support for the version I have as it was a "free" version which came with "upgrading and repairing PC's" by Mueller. There suggestion was to buy the upgrade.

I have no problem buying the upgrade but I question why I would want an upgrade to a program which does not work properly for me in the first place. I know there are plenty of DI fans on this thread so I can be easily influenced but I must say I am a bit disappointed with the bug in my version.
