I believe this was Medved Quote Tracker. They allow members to choose from several feeds for their data. Datek is one of them. Silicon Investor is also one of them. I only mentioned that Silicon Investor was one of their choices as a point of interest. In any event this email from Medved was likely the one you are referring to. I should add that I received this email from them because I used Medved quote tracker quite a while ago as a demo.
