March? You've only got a few days to be right. You may get what you want tomorrow. On the other hand, we could have a month-long bear rally, like in January, and then the semis crash to new lows, after your puts have expired. Making money on options is hard, because you have to be right about the stock, the direction, and the time-frame. I think the risk/reward favors longer puts, long enough so I should recover all the time-value when I sell them. But, if you win, you win big, on those March puts. INTC and JDSU will help us.
