What amazes me about these analysts is that they actually aren't embarassed about these downgrades after an 80% decline. It was obvious to anybody with half a brain that SEBL was totally overvalued when it had a PE of 500 and had run up 1000% in the space of a year. But of course, they had strong buys on the stock then.
