Unappreciated and unloved: Loral (LOR)

Stock is trading near its 52-wk low at $3.60. Has finally rid itself of Globalstar and can now concentrate on its defense and satellite businesses. Given the interest in GM's Hughes spinoff, this might be a possible target for acquisition. I started nibbling at $3.50; any thoughts on this one?

Obviously a pretty solid stock with a low PE + a nice dividend... but it is overbought in just about every time frame. Might be worth a few points on the reversal.

Similarly, take a look at HRB... the 'tax professionals'...
