First thing, please check that your browser has a recent version of the virtual machine installed. There are many ways to check this. The easiest is to bring up your command prompt (under the Programs menu from start, or open Run and type command) and type "jview" and hit enter. The version number should be no earlier than 5.0.0.3309. If it is, go to microsoft.com and download the version for your version of Windows. Also, what other Internet programs are you running at the same time? From the links below it looks like you may be running a chat room. If so, and you continue to experience problems with a newer version of the VM, please call us. I've seen this before and would like to have a look at what's actually happening. Thanks.
