The next shoe to drop would be the SEC asking BRCM to restate
its earnings for the last few Qs. It will also be interesting to
see what happens when BRCM's auditors are asked to approve all
the accounting shenanigans. If they allow the accounts to stand,
the blood sucking lawyers are likely to add them to the list of defendants.
