Hi Ken - yes and no. I mean, an oversold mkt is not necessarily the death of the bear --- and it is most definitely not the impetus of a renewed bull. Even if it is true, at least for optimists like me <g>, selectivity will be a big feature. I think FO may trail other fallen tech sectors for two reasons. 1) it is the last to succumb and maybe it is the last to be revived. Look at the PC grp, its outlook still stinks but it has a much stronger technical profile. 2) capex will continue to be a problem. In that case, the most bang of a [quick] buck will get extra attn.
