Anatomy of a Tech Market Collapse - Exhibit B: CORV

stockcharts.com[w,a]daclyymy[dc][pb40][vc60][iUc20!Um12!Uo14!Lh14,3]

Corvis' 87% decline since Nov. 6 rivals JNIC's 91% decline over the same time period. This is another textbook example of a powerful downtrend. What I find interesting about this chart is that the volume since Jan. 22, when the stock was at 25, is extremely heavy and the price has been marching down steadily with only very weak rallies. I am happy to have no position in this one currently.

It looked like a great buy at 20 three weeks ago, now it is 8 and change. Anyone holding this from the 20 to 25 area just a few short weeks ago is probably not feeling real great right now.

Despite all this, it is definitely worth watching this one very closely as the chart shows that countertrend rallies have been fierce.
