Lehman was the firm talking about inventory issues :"Nokia was trading 4.5 percent lower by that time on resurfacing profit warning rumors -- on which the company declined to comment -- and a downgrade by Lehman.

The broker cut its handset margin forecast, its price target and its rating on the stock based on bearish comment from Samsung and Texas Instruments about Nokia cutting its prices aggressively.

Lehman also said inventories were higher than it had previously supposed.

Nokia remains 15 percent higher over the last eight sessions, boosted in part by third-generation (3G) network orders, but it remains 58 percent below its life high of 65 euros from June 2000 on concerns about slowing global handset market growth and fears of a hard landing for the U.S. economy ".
