HK PRESS: New World Telephone Has To Face PCCW In Court Updated: Tuesday, March 6, 2001 08:04 PM ET HONG KONG (Dow Jones)--An appeals court has thrown out an attempt by New World Telephone to prevent PCCW-HKT International from taking it to court over a HK$375 million delivery fee dispute, meaning the case will go to trial unless NWT appeals Tuesday's decision, the South China Morning Post reports.
