Yes, that's quite the quote. I ran it through Babelizer selecting "Company Insider" as my destination language and came up with this:

"At the end of February, we received notice that we still had a significant number of insider shares to unload, including our largest insider. Upon completion of our most review, we concluded that we needed to hold the current stock price for awhile so that our insider and funds sales could become more widespread, and now, we do not currently have to desperately unload any more shares."
