Outlook: Oil production is expected to increase 10-15% this year, with four new oilfields being commissioned in the North Sea and continued debottlenecking of processing facilities in Sudan.

North Sea 11.17 10.28

DD&A increased on a per unit basis due primarily to decreased
production. In Canada, DD&A was up 8% due partially to increased
land costs and the addition of midstream assets. In the North Sea
and Indonesia, the increases were due to reduced volumes. In Sudan,
production increases and reserve additions reduced the per unit DD&A.
