exactly! If you have to warn, just warn once. I can't believe JDSU's newer generation management has become so stupid. Time to fire the bozos and bring back the old general. Even a first grader can take some notes from LU's disaster.

I would think that companies are legally required to give their best estimates at any particular point in time and would be liable for damages if they were found be purposely lowballing. From listening the the NUFO and AMCC calls, I get the impression that the revised estimates they're reporting are based on info that is only a few days old.
