Paul, Why aren't you whining about the poor sucker that bought a 600 MHz AthWiper just one year ago ? That poor sucker is stuck and is in no better position than a P4 buyer today. I didn't buy Slot A Athlon. At this time last year (happens to be the time I bought AMD stock) my opinion was that AMD should get rid of the stupid Slot ASAP and introduce L2-less Athlon in Socket form factor. Wonderful performance of Duron (which is more or less what I advocated) makes me feel vindicated. Now let me ask you, would you buy or advice anyone to buy P4? Nevermind, you don't have to answer. I don't want to put you in a difficult position. Joe
