I have found that a mistake made is usually more then clear to the person who made it. If it isn't a pattern then it is counter productive to stand there going nuts over who is at fault, just fix it. Only way to not make a mistake is to do nothing. I prefer a mistake now and then:)

Here is my rant for today since the Buddha destroying clowns make my blood boil to the point that every other word seems to be foul. Makes taking over a country every now and again seems reasonable:)
