At this point I presume all central banking statements or misstatements are aimed at preserving the bankster way of life...if he has really always favored a strongish yen then he may simply be obfuscating, allowing those in the yen carry trade to GET OUT (close by buying weakening yen) before the dollar craters....smaller specs catch it in the chops; japanese citizens get inflation. Of course I could be paranoid...I mean, central banksters are just looking out for our best interests, aren't they?
