It underscores the lead CKFR has in the EBP space and is an indicator of how difficult it will be for Spectrum to match CKFR's capabilities. I think banks will be looking twice at quality metrics before they pull the plug on CKFR for Spectrum. c2it It seems Citi has a corporate culture of re-inventing the wheel in-house rather than outsourcing.
