Probably true because GS is rally the troops this AM I have NEVER seen them as active in the premarket as this morning - with huge blocks on the bid of JDSU and CSCO - so they are putting their money where their mouth is. Or at least they want you to believe that. Which of course would be totally against their own benefit because if they wanted to be buyers at these levels they sure as hell wouldnt announce the fact - they could accummulate quietly. M
