Buyers remorse seems to be the term I recall form Mkt101.
I think that we do need to give credit to Dell for having such a generous (and well used) return policy.

Checking back on the Dell reject watch at outlet.dell.com, the P4 inventory has been whittled down to 92 pages, down from 133 when I last checked a month ago. On the other hand, the total number of listings is down to 174 pages from 353, so more than half the rejects are P4's now. Is the glass half full or half empty? Who knows, maybe half of Dell's sales are P4's!
