Joe, here is one I have touted in the past. ELC - it is around 2.40 from a low around 2 earlier this week. This company is at the right place with the right product. Their energy saver is what California street lights need to meet recent energy cuts from the state government. They have been making presentations in CA for the last couple of months and I would expect that sales would have to be announced soon. Could have played it for a quick buck a week or two ago but now I am afraid of missing a larger run.
