LOL! No doubt it gets sold, to some piker w/ 80K/yr in income, no assets, a ton of debt and an FNMA no money down mortgage!<NG>

With a no money down, 30 yr, 6.5% mortgage, the payments are only a cool 3722.88....and that's only P+I!!
