Dan, I agree 100%. my statement really was related to a more realistic view of how things are going to happen in washington.... money WILL get handed out to organizations...i don't think excluding an organization b/c they happen to be religiously affiliated is the proper thing to do under the current system.... but i definitely like YOUR system MUCH better!!! <G> the govt as a middleman is not cost effective, expedient, or typically even-handed. just ask the city of chicago how good they feel about giving jesse jackson "hush money" to the tune of $750k! it's bad enough when he uses racial blackmail against corporate america, but to use the same tactics against a government official is sickening....no, i take that back...what's sickening is that the government official actually gave in to that type of blackmail. ok, i'm done. sorry.
