Fred: Lack of precedent. You can have Henry call the CEO of QLGC if he thinks there is no precedent, ha. Working with the SEC is a preemptive strike and a good move. I see the auditors have now raised this issue with their national office. The problem with this job market is even more turnover than usual in the accounting firms with the drop in skill levels. Watch BRCM hire someone from the SEC to head accounting policy. Good luck Tim
