If you choose to or allow your children to become railroad constructor...oil-drilling or logging worker , it is not for us to try to discourage you. In the same way if Andrea Jung chooses to bring her five year old daughter in the CEO office of a fortune 500 company and teaches her that if she chooses to she could also become a CEO of a large company and have men and women report to her - that she can. I am sure you do not object to that. But reading your comments on this gender matter, many of us are led to think that you may object. I am sure that this not your intention. Mary
