From Ron. Disgraceful. Jerry, I wish you a happy birthday and hope these bozos don't destroy mine in July at the anticipated pool party at Susan's. I believe S & S continue to be in the right things with Gold. Stay with it. By the way, it was great to talk to Kenny yesterday. He's correct about the over-leveraging of real estate assets. By the way, the Doctor told everyone to avoid tech stocks and apparently not many listened. Also, congratulations to Peter for the fine showing by his alma mater Georgetown. And, I note for the record we didn't have these problems when Mayor Barry and Rober Rubin were around.
