KM---nah it's most likely an accounting issue-----Nas doesn't freeze stocks thislong unless it may be a legal matter, ie allowing trades to go thru on an equity they know has to change past legal documents....That's my best guess anyway----most likely a pretty hefty negative accounting change.

2nd theory....The institutions already have their fills, and they won't know part of a massive sell-off on heavy volume due to YHOO releasing bad news during market hours, so they halt the stock all day long so institutions can prop it up in A/H's trading with little capital.

Just theories only, nothing more or less.
