I know that though we are not out of weeds, we are seeing the end of bear marekt.

Can you explain why you know this is the end of the bear? I don't see how this is knowable in advance.

I agree. Although, I think this most recent surge in the markets is another fake. I think we have one more leg down this March and April/May. Then around May things should start to stabilize. Then we get a decent recovery by beginning of next year. Decent does not mean back to the old highs of last March, though.
