Well, fur sure it's less risky that it would have been buying at 20, but hindsight is always 20-20. I too see a lot more upside than downside at this point, but it's still speculative - who knows when a new contract will be announced, for example? - and if I were more conservative and risk-averse, I'd wait for a base to be formed and tested before buying at all. As it is, I'm just nibbling, because 2 days does not a base make.
