I would not call that a good source. It does not state
the date of the holdings it is reporting but matching
it with what is available on morningstar.com, it seems it
is the holdings (for FRESX example you give above) as of
7/30/00.

On www.fidelity.com (for FRESX) you can view holdings as
of 9/31/00.

I am trying to find the source for the most recent holdings
that I can legally get for free. (Have a large chunk to
invest and the best way I get a "feel" for the fund) is
by looking at top holdings.

PS: morningstar.com seems to give top 25 holdings which is
nice, though not the most recent information.
