Ian, Thanks for sharing these hair raising adventures in the land of the naked put write. No wonder why laughter is the best medicine ;-) I was fortunate in learning about the uses and abuses of margin while I was a runner on the floor of the Sugar and Coffee Exchange in NY about 30 years ago as a nineteen year old kid just back from India. The commodity markets are ruthless in separating novices from their money. I'm glad you survived your near death experience and lived to tell the cautionary tale to others. Though I tend to be quite conservative, these lessons bear remembering and could save me lots of tuition to Mr. Market. BTW, Ian, did you see those natural gas stocks fly? You really have to forget your obsession with tech and appreciate your national heritage more. ;-) Sam
