QQQ sure has been a disappointment today. Maybe Tim Ord was right that it needs to retest the March 1st low.

Five percent sure sounds like she's not gambling much on her ability to call this market.

Five percent is all she had in reserve. In other words, she recommended commiting 100% of reserve cash into stocks.
