I don't want to appear like a wise-ass Scott, but it's the same old song and dance. We've been hearing for well over a year the same thing, only to be told later, "definitely within the next quarter." We harangue you and it does absolutely no good. You have no idea how frustrating that feels.

My suggestion is to simply eliminate our hope by saying it'll never come, and then, one day, if you do actually deliver, everyone will be pleasantly surprised, and you will have vastly "exceeded analyst expectations." As it stands now, you have zero credibility, and if you were a stock, you would be a penny stock doing reverse splits and issuing daily press releases, always promising that the big home-run is right around the quarter.

Please don't take this personally--it's not meant that way. We just don't have any reason to believe a word you say.

PS--it's the same story with the fonts, which you destroyed three or four months ago, making SI ever-harder to use. We've been hearing the exact same thing about the font fix. Again, the proper strategy would be to apologize and tell us they're staying the way they are indefinitely. Then, when you actually fix them, the few people that are left will love you.
