Yaacov - re your list I particularly like #5

5. stocks are cheap, and the greed kicks-in.

Not so much the "cheap" comment - because I still think tech stocks are somewhat overvalued - but the greed factor - pure human nature - we saw it in late 1999 - early 2000 folks were jumping in hand over fist - taking a 2nd mortgage, using credit cards etc. (irritional exuberance) IMHO this will return not to the degree we saw it but to a lesser extent. Those balances folks have in money market accounts are at 2 trillion+, as interest rates come down folks aren't going to live with money market rates.

Stocks are not cheap, in general.

In fact, if you exclude the recent excess valuations from your data, stocks are currently at their most expensive point in history.
