DeeJay, I sold ASND a bit before it became LU, so I've never owned LU. At the time of the ASND purchase the CBX500 ATM switches were state of the art and they had just received almost $2 billion in contracts. When LU failed to upgrade them to OC-192 to hold their market share, that should have been the writing on the wall to get out. That was obvious over a year ago. Anyone watching closely products and industry trends could have predicted LU's flop back then. The same thing is happening with CSCO now. Their last few "major" product announcements have only been facelifts. That should be raising flags to those watching closely.

It's funny how some non technical types will own shares of a tech company and not watch the techology with an EAGLE EYE. After all, that is WHY one buys a tech company - or so I thought. That is also why no basher can affect my decisions one iota - I just thank them for giving me lower buys.

DeeJay, I have yet to see a white van with MRVC logo on it...

I'm buying LU, and selling calls on it.

Long term, I think this may be an opportunity. LU is a gorilla, in my opinion.
