That chart seems to argue for the long-term outperformance of the RUT -- and another 50% drop in the NDX.

Michael, like I said in my last post the set-up is there for a reversal in trend. If it happens you could get some powerful moves down in stocks across the board. All we need is weakness through the rest of the week.
