No. not really (i thought about it- you neither bug, nor do you please- you are a neutral for me) but if I tell you you would be wrong if you tell me I have blond hair- who made the first judgment? you did you are the cause of my telling you, that you are wrong am I making a judgment that my hair is not blond if I know it is not blond? I suppose I am I am making a judgment about reality, in that my hair is not blond, and I am telling you that your judgment is wrong but my judgment would not have been, at least not in this venue, BUT FOR the first judgment
