It just all depends on how the market looks. Concerning Options, I will often take profits when I have a decent gain. Sometimes, I wait it out, because it looks like things will go in my favor. So, I guess part of it is instinct, and part is profit taking.

The Puts I currently have I am still hopeful, but if the Market moves much higher it may be time to cut and run. I also have a few profits taken though, so I am not worried.
