"(which standards?)" Any standards as long as they are measurable. State the standard, observe the behavior, make a judgement. Does the behavior meet the standard? Exceed the standard? Below the standard? In violation of the standard? Compliant with the standard? etc. This is judging a behavior against a standard. If the criteria for the standard states a right and wrong behavior, then you can judge the behavior against the standard. You are not necessarily judging the person's character or soul in so doing.

"So you have a problem with people mindreading you, or you have a problem telling people who are mindreading that they are wrong." Neither.

"If you think people who assume they can read your mind are more correct about you" Not possible.

"...than you are, you are living quite a different life than I am." Not according to the criteria you set. I, therefore judge you to be....um....uh....right, I guess...no, wait a minute....Is that all there is? Cause I don wanabee wrong.
