Bob, you had NO QUALMS commenting in these 2 instances...

...recently, where you freely and without prompt gave your opinion as to what should be DELETED, in your EXPERIENCE...

Why back off now?... Has the fact that the post is authored by A@P got anything to do with your "not my place to comment"?...

I certainly hoped you could look at it at face value and give your HONEST Opinion... Still hoping...

Dear Bob: Do you know who has taken your place here at SI and if there is a new thread to take the place of your SI Bob one? I need help and have no idea where to go since you got fired.

That interface problem I had (and have) that you were helping me with the end of January, before you got fired? Well, I still have it. ***Nothing*** has been done.

On your old thread Scott Lux said he would take care of it. February 8th [after you had been fired] I dropped him a PM when things remained the same and he replied, thanking me for the reminder. Time went by, nothing changed, so on February 23rd I dropped Scott a second PM, this time asking, in addition, if the problem/bug was going to be fixed at all.

When I did not receive a reply to this PM [and still have not as of now], I wrote to si-techsupport@go2net.com for assistance, rehashing everything. I sent this e-mail Monday, 3 days ago, and question whether I shall receive a reply [does Scott Lux get e-mails sent to this address???].

There must be some person to deal with subscriber problems, but I have no idea who this person is. I'd like to know who this person is so I can contact him/her about getting this bug fixed so I can again participate in thread discussion.

If you or anyone reading this thread knows who I should contact, please post the information here or drop me a PM. If there is a thread to publicly discuss problems, please point me to it--I've had it with the PM and e-mail routes, which seem to get me nowhere. I miss interacting with people on the threads on which I was a regular [all stock, no coffee shop], but in this market, can not stand that quote box in the wrong place.

Regards,

One very unhappy Lynn
