What is the policy, if any, of the Cheney-Bush Administration on limiting access of students to guns

Can't speak to their policy but I can tell you a few of the rules that I know off the top of my head:

Under 21 can not possess a hand gun.

Under 21 can not possess ammunition for a hand gun. This is very irritating for a kid trying to go squirrel hunting with his long gun as it is a .22 and the ammunition is classified as hand gun ammo.

It is illegal to possess a firearm on school grounds.

It is illegal to murder someone.

It is illegal to attempt to murder someone.

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 14 to possess a gun for the use of hunting without completing a hunters safety course.

It is illegal to possess a firearm that is not legally encased when in a vehicle. Back pack doesn't count, not legal. School bus big no (don't know if he rode the bus)

It is illegal to possess a loaded firearm without a license.

I could go on and on but you will never get the point anyhow, will you?

Dear Kenny do you agree with the proposition of Congresswoman Jackson Lee of Texas? Lee said that an adult can always be smarter than a teenager and keep a gun safely locked up. Thus if a teenager gains access to and uses a gun then the owner of the gun is obviously responsible.

Two Democrats are holding a debate when one suddenly shouts, "You're lying."

To which the other responds, "I know, but it's my turn."
